Ellen Ramsey is a children’s author initially from Ohio. Her first publication A Book for Bear will be read during the festival’s story time.
Marjorie Maddox is a poet, essayist, and much more. Initially from Ohio, she now lives in Williamsport. She recently published a poetry collection called Small Earthly Space.
Oliver C. Seneca is a horror and thriller writer from Lewisburg. He previously published two novels, with his latest young adult novel Shaded Grove published in 2024.
Tory Gates is a new adult writer from Harrisburg. He has a number of fiction novels, including a series. His most recent book released in March of 2026, called The Legend of the Black Swan.
J.T. Kunkel is cozy mystery author from Mechanicsburg. He has written a number of mystery series, with his latest book Under the Surface as the second installment in the series Cordelia Corbett Mysteries.
Elle E Kay is a Christian fiction author specializing in romantic suspense. Kay is from Northcentral PA. She’s published a longer series called Pennsylvania Parks. Her latest book Midnight Masquerade came out this past November.
Judi Jessick is a children’s author from Shamokin Dam. Her work features Agatha Livermore, a loveable comfort character. Her book Magic Cookie Spoon came out in 2024.
Edna Cravitz is a short story and middle grade writer from Tamaqua. Her books feature Maggie McRooney, a 7th grader with big dreams. Her latest book Maggie Runs for President came out in 2025.
Quenby Olson is a historical fiction and fantasy writer originally from Liverpool. She now lives in Marysville. She’s published a series called Miss Percy’s Pocket Guide, about the care and restoration of British Dragons. Her most recent book, Miss Percy’s Definitive Guide to the Restoration of Dragons, is the third in that series.
Justin Strawser is a poet from Northumberland. He’s an award-winning journalist for The Daily Item, when he isn’t writing poetry. His most recent publication came out in January 2026, a poetry collection entitled Those Who Wait.
Heidi Scarano is a children’s book writer with a cute critter book. Her most recent book is The Adventures of Hairy Spinner, published in 2023.
L.E. Delano is a young adult writer originally from New Mexico, now living in Morgantown. She also writes romance under the name Britt DeLaney. Her young adult fantasy novel is forthcoming, titled Heir of the Otherworld.
Patrick Thomas Henry is a speculative fiction writer originally from Bellwood, now living in North Dakota. When he isn’t teaching at the University of North Dakota, Henry can be found writing fabulist short stories and criticism. His most recent publication came out in 2024, titled Practice for Becoming a Ghost.
Julie Zantopoulus is a romantasy author originally from the Delaware Valley but now lives in Harrisburg. She’s published three books as part of an adult contemporary fantasy series, with the latest titled A Destiny in Ash.
Emma Fleck is a self-help and entrepreneurship author originally from Northern Ireland. She now resides in Selinsgrove and is passionate about uplifting women in her community. Her book Unleashing Your Inner Superwoman came out in 2026.
Lee Y. Miao is a children’s and middle grade author from Northcentral PA. Her most recent book came out in July 2025, entitled Take A Shot, Kipp.
